What is Personal Information?
Personal information is information about you that identifies you as an individual ("Personal Information"). Your name, address, email address, or telephone number are all examples of Personal Information. However, the name, address and telephone number of an individual that appears in any public location (where such individual can refuse to have such information appear in such location) does not fall under the scope of Personal Information as it is publicly available information. Business contact information such as the name, title, business address or telephone number of a business or professional person or an employee of an organization is not considered Personal Information.
Unless you provide information voluntarily, tBarter will not collect any Personal Information about you when you visit the Site. If tBarter asks you to provide information that will personally identify you, the request to do so will be specific. If you register for the Service you will be asked for Personal Information such as your name, email address, and mailing address. Any payments made through the Site are processed through a payment gateway operated by a third party, so tBarter does not hold or have access to your credit card information.

The Company's web server automatically collects and aggregates information about your visit to the Site, including your search terms, IP address, service provider, device and browser type, domain names of referring websites, operating system, pages accessed on the Site, and the date and time of your access. This information is not personally identifiable. tBarter may analyze this aggregated information in an effort to optimize your experience and enhance your time spent online with us. tBarter will contact you before it shares your Personal Information that it has collected, if any.
Use of Information Collected

Third Party Relationships
tBarter occasionally hires other companies to provide limited services on behalf of tBarter. Personal information may be provided to these third parties, but only to the limited extent required in order to deliver the service for which they were hired. tBarter will not otherwise share your Personal Information with third parties, unless you have granted us the appropriate permission.
tBarter may provide Personal Information to our subsidiaries, partners, and other affiliated companies for the purpose of processing such information. The Company may also share your personally identifying information when we believe in good faith that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the right, property or safety of tBarter, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
